2024 AGM Information

The ECCC Annual General Meeting this year will be on October 27th, 2024 (Joint Service at 10AM and AGM right after). The agenda for the AGM will include:

·Election of 2025-2026 Deacons / Elders
Budget 2025
Vision 2025

Relevant AGM documents can be accessed by ECCC members (using your declared email address), and will be posted at this link.

There will be townhall meetings held in person at church on September 28th @ 7PM and September 29th @ 1PM for people with any questions.

Voting will take place in person, however we encourage using the online proxy ballots to vote ahead of time. These proxy voter links will be made available from October 6th - 20th, and will be posted later.
