Hello Church!
As you may have already heard, the church camp this year is cancelled. Due to the fact that we have a few conferences/camps at ECCC that need to issue refunds, we have decided to streamline the refund process.
1. If you paid with a cheque, we will NOT cash the cheque. You will be able to pick up the cheque when church service/programs resumes.
2. If you paid with cash, you will be able to pick up the cash when church program/service resumes. If you require the cash refund immediately, refund will be available at the church general office (see Amy Xing or Betty Siu) beginning March 23. Church office hours are Monday to Fri (9-4 PM).
